Description

Having fun again with that peacock feather I found on the floor on a street next to my place
This object amazes me
Great colors, great shape and form ... I love those feathers

I had the idea of putting water droplets on it
It's the first time I artificially put water on an object before I shoot it. I'm more used to shoot flowers, wet by raining etc ...
Enjoy.

**edited, according to DunyaElegantine's fair critic, I added some bokeh around the feather**

The idea of taking the photo of a peacock feather is great. The color of the feather is simply stunning, and it is a good idea put some drop on. The focus on the drop in mid is perfect and give the idea of depth.
But in my opinion you should cut the photo in a square shape - or maybe also rectangular, wider than high - as to put in evidence the feather and the drop, there is too empty grey space in the pic. Another tip is to add some bokeh on the background. That is wonderful for the background because fills it in a nice way. Then I think you should brighten the color with the exposure palette in photoshop beacuse the colors of the peacock feather are wonderful, but in this shot seems a little bit faded
I suggest only one drop beacuse now there are too many subjects, and instead of other drops I would put some glitter or I would nebulize some water
Nice shot however.
